    Description

    Our esteemed client, a boutique full-service law firm in Victoria, BC, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their team.

    While the firm handles a diverse range of legal matters, they are currently seeking a Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury and/or ICBC claims to support their caseload in this area.

    This presents an exciting opportunity for a qualified candidate to leverage their expertise and contribute to a dynamic legal practice.

    Collaborate with lawyers to manage personal injury and ICBC claims, providing comprehensive support throughout the litigation process.
    Conduct legal research and analysis to assist in case preparation and strategy development.
    Prepare and draft legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings related to personal injury and ICBC claims.
    Liaise with clients, medical professionals, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information and evidence.
    Minimum 5 years of experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on personal injury and/or ICBC claims.
    Diploma or certificate in Paralegal Studies or a related field preferred.
    Sound knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures pertaining to personal injury and ICBC claims.
    Proficiency in MS Office suite and legal research databases.
    Legal working status in Canada required; as is willingness to work on-site in Victoria BC.
