Who you are:
You are a passionate full lifecycle recruiter with an ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment. You are a proactive self-starter with the drive to deliver results.

You are well-versed and eager to provide guidance to the business on recruitment market conditions, competitor hiring and compensation analysis.

You either have experience or an interest in developing our employment brand, talent pipeline, and diversity and inclusion strategies.


What our Tech Recruiters do:
Our Tech Recruiters are a part of our Global Talent Acquisition Team. Our Tech Recruiters add critical value by executing the group recruitment strategies across the business.

This includes enhancing our direct recruitment model, improving our quality & diversity of hire, ensuring global standards are adhered to, and seek out continuous improvement across the Global Talent Acquisition function.


Our Recruiters also are responsible for:


Leading, owning, and driving full life cycle recruiting process from sourcing strategy to offer acceptance for one or multiple key areas within our business with a constant lens on diversity, equity, and inclusion.- Partnering with hiring managers of assigned functional areas to understand recruiting needs, business objectives, and resource planning.- Recommending and driving improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practice.

Collaborating and sharing best practices with the team/company.- Mentoring and providing trainings to colleagues through delivery of global training workshops.- Managing vendors (agencies, search firms, research firms etc.) to drive the recruitment process toward successful conclusion.- Supporting the promotion of FNZ Group's employer value proposition and brand in the market including representing FNZ Group at industry and networking events.


What we are looking for:

  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Inhouse recruiting and/or agency experience.
  • Experience in building upon and improving existing recruitment processes and supporting value initiatives (e.g., D&I, recruitment training).
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative, build strong, productive relationships.
  • Market knowledge within technology highly preferred.
  • Maintain strict working practices within a robust governance framework.
  • Portray positivity when faced with business adversity.
