Job description
Looking for a thorough manual QA tester for a web-based education platform (React + Supabase). Desktop/browser only, no mobile testing needed.What you'll do:
- Walk through every user flow (student, counselor, admin) using a detailed test script I'll provide
- Document bugs with screenshots and steps to reproduce
- Flag UX issues (confusing labels, broken layouts, empty states, dead ends)
- Test AIgenerated outputs for quality (roadmaps, essay feedback, chat responses)
- Test across Chrome and Firefox
What I'm looking for:
- Experience testing SaaS or web apps manually
- Strong written communication (clear bug reports, not just "it's broken")
- Attention to detail and patience to test edge cases
- Available to do an initial pass hours) within one week, then ongoing spot checks
