In today's digital era, the vital role of a Social Media Manager & Content Creator has become increasingly crucial for businesses aiming to establish a robust online presence.

In support of the Director of Digital, this tailored role will involve devising and executing social media plans to interact with followers, maintain and establish influencer partnerships, enhance brand visibility, and direct traffic to websites and digital marketplaces across our brands.


Alongside managing social media platforms, you will also be responsible for producing captivating and shareable content that resonates with the specific audiences and B2B partners across our brands.

Your day-to-day will include crafting blog posts, creating graphics and slide decks, filming videos, UGC, researching and reporting on trending products, and collaborating with other digital and marketing team members to maintain consistency in brand messaging and tone.

With your unique blend of artistry and business savvy, you will set the stage for brands to shine brightly in the ever-evolving digital sphere.


APPLICANTS MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AND BE COMFORTABLE ON CAMERA AS PRODUCT MODELLING AND CREATING VIDEO AND PHOTO CONTENT IS REQUIRED.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Influencer Marketing:


  • Devise and execute a thorough influencer marketing strategy for Instagram and TikTok in line with brand goals.
  • Identify and establish connections with promising micro and macroinfluencers who appeal to our target demographics and retail customers.
  • Negotiate and oversee collaboration agreements with chosen influencers.
  • Work alongside our E-Commerce Admin to draft, process, and restock influencer gifts and PR orders, track, and send order updates.

Social Media Management:


  • Create and manage a content schedule for Instagram and TikTok that reflects brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Oversee and supervise both platforms, promptly and professionally responding to comments and messages.
  • Evaluate social media performance and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Keep updated on the latest social media trends and modify content strategies accordingly.

Content Creation:


  • Work with the Director of Digital to craft topnotch visuals for social media and influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Develop compelling captions and storytelling components to elevate content impact.
  • Produce captivating and visually stimulating content (photos, videos) that present our products and captivate our target audience. Must be comfortable with being on camera and using various beauty, skincare, and hair tools.
  • Edit (import, cut, colorgrade, crop, add overlays, add music, compile, etc.) various mixed medias on a daily basis.
  • Model products across different brands for inoffice photo and video shoots.
  • Use Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Pick up product samples from inoffice for athome content creation.

Reporting & Analysis:


  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics for all campaigns, encompassing influencer marketing and social media undertakings.
  • Regularly deliver data insights and recommendations to the Director of Digital.

Deliverables:


  • A comprehensive social media marketing strategy with clear goals and target audience identification.
  • Secured partnerships with relevant influencers across Instagram and TikTok.
  • Highquality content and calendars for all social media platforms (approx. 56 brands).
  • Increased brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic through social media efforts.
  • Regular performance reports and datadriven recommendations for optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required experience of 35 years in social media marketing, particularly in beauty, cosmetics, and lifestyle sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in influencer marketing, covering campaign planning, influencer selection, and negotiation.
  • Profound knowledge of social media marketing strategies and best practices for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Proficient in content creation, encompassing photography, videography, editing, and copywriting.
  • Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Possesses strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the building of influencer relationships and seamless collaboration across
