Key Roles and Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain the Company account business plans to drive sales growth.
- Grow and foster positive customer satisfaction with customers to grow sales within the region.
- Identify new account targets and develop an action plan with Sales Ops Manager to track and secure new business.
- Utilize various tactics including sales tools, customer lists, tradeshows, cold calls, to grow sales.
- Work with Sales Ops Manager to set yearly sales and distribution targets.
- Provide monthly update on market intelligence information and competitor analysis report.
- Provide customer insights, including identification of new customer needs.
- Monitor sales quotations/opportunities to drive sales.
- Attend trade shows where needed.
- Assist in developing customer support and after sales support strategies.
- Maintain tracking tools (e.g., Forecasting, spending, promo participation form, trade, etc.).
- Attend regular meetings with Sales Ops Manager to discuss sales goals.

Experience and qualification
- University degree from recognized institution
- Experience: Sales, negotiation skills, understanding of distributor mechanics
MUST have 3-5 years of experience as Sales Representative in Food Industry

Salary:
$60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
