You as a Project Manager will be:

Set up and provide leadership throughout the project maintenance of multiple projects. Including execution, project planning, and resource utilization to promote maximum productivity.
Set up and maintenance of the project administration, costing, scheduling, and quality, safety and loss control program.
Maintain accountability for field costs and forecast costs to complete; and implement cost control procedures within the Project Execution Plan.
Review and interpret Contracts including all terms & conditions, schedules, addenda, appendices, specifications and endorsements during bid preparation and throughout the life of the projects.
Analyze and prepare documents for extras/disputes/claims submitted and assess entitlement and quantum.
Assist in the preparation and facilitate negotiations directly with Owners / Subtrades.
Provide financial and documentation spot audits to project teams.

Is this the right role for you?

35 years of experience working as a Project Manager is required. A focus on civil earthworks, underground utilities, and sewer & water experience is preferred.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
Capable of travelling between multiple sites.
