Patrick Sprack Limited (PSL) was formed in 2006 as a Preventative Maintenance Oriented HVAC company.

Since this time, we have become a reputable and leading Northern Ontario HVAC-R contractor to the mines, industrial sites as well as commercial properties.


PSL provides a variety of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, petroleum, propane, and refrigeration services ranging from planned maintenance (both preventative and full coverage), inspections and diagnostic services as well as repairs, retrofits, and new installations for commercial and industrial mechanical systems.


Responsibilities & Duties:


  • Cost equipment and materials to complete large mechanical projects and quotes for multitrade, complex rollout, or multiple client/subs Consult with technicians and the Project Manager to determine labour amounts.
  • Materials and equipment costs are to be sourced and inputted into the estimating worksheet to generate a formal quote.
  • Quotes are to be checked by the Project Manager or sales prior to submitting to the customer.
  • Complete estimating worksheet.
  • Generate and submit customer quotes.
  • Turn over successful quote to Sales, Manager, Purchasing or send to client directly
  • Support sales, purchasing and project management departments.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Must have experience estimating in the Industrial field.
  • Structural Estimation is required
  • Knowledge of the mechanical industry
  • Experience in Mine Ventilation and/or Propane Facilities
  • Change orders to existing projects
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced work environment
  • Access to work orders, purchase orders and job records
