- Engage with guests throughout the restaurant to create a welcoming dining atmosphere, which includes providing directions, assisting parents and seniors, and inquiring about their visit and the food quality
- Collaborate with the maintenance and dining room team to ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and equipped to meet guest needs
- Act as a Guest Traffic Guide (GTG) during peak hours
- Receive training to become an expert on McDonald's, our history, menu, and community involvement specific to the restaurant
- Demonstrate knowledge of the local community, provide directions, and connect with guests of all types and generations
- An engaging, outgoing personality with a customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in service stations and certification in guest fundamentals
