- Maintain a neat and clean place to stay for visitors
- Take part in laundry duties, as required
- Wash floors of guest bathrooms, hallways, lobbies, and other assigned areas
- Dust and sanitize furniture and clean, polish and sanitize appliances
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
- Clean and sanitize washrooms, fixtures, and surfaces
- Wash doors, windows, walls and bathroom ceilings
- Maintain all bedroom and bathroom linen and amenities
- Perform any other job-related duties assigned by the supervisor
- Cares about their professional appearance and follows uniform and dress code standards
- Works cooperatively with others
- Knows how to operate and perform routine maintenance on equipment located in the housekeeping department
- Applies safe work practices
- Performs efficiently under pressure and within time restraints

Knowledge of WHMIS program
