Job Summary
What is the opportunity?
The Statutory Transfer Pricing (STP) Manager will be part of RBC's STP Centre of Excellence (COE) supporting RBC in meeting global STP and related tax requirements consistently and comprehensively.
Assist in implementing enterprise-wide Statutory Transfer Pricing policies, practices, and processes based on RBC's policies. Shift intergroup allocation models from excel to Oracle technology solution.
What will you do?
- Prepare analysis and entries for specific STP transactions.
- Oversee transfer pricing entries and confirm global processing.
- Track transfer pricing entries monthly.
- Conduct financial analyses and variance reviews.
- Assist in identifying transaction gaps and transitioning to the Oracle solution.
- Document processes and suggest improvements.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Minimum 23 years of postqualification experience.
- Accounting designation, MBA or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Oracle.
- Basic understanding of international corporate taxation.
- Excellent communication skills.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with financial systems within RBC.
- Previous work in a big 4 accounting firm or RBC.
- Oracle technology experience.
- Programming knowledge.
