Sensity Offers:

Some of the activities you could be involved in include:

  • Help translate and deliver communications for internal or external customers.
  • Assist in with the daytoday efficient operation for the HR Department.
  • Data entry for HR databases or spreadsheets.
  • Record keeping and maintaining employee records and files.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees; preparation of new hire documents, setting up training, background and reference checks.
  • Assist in other administrative functions updating spreadsheets, answering phone calls, booking meeting rooms and setting up Zoom/Teams meetings.
  • Supporting with projects, special events or job fairs.
  • Other tasks relating to HR projects.

Qualifications:


  • Enrolled in full time studies, Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams/Zoom).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions.
