Some of the activities you could be involved in include:
- Help translate and deliver communications for internal or external customers.
- Assist in with the daytoday efficient operation for the HR Department.
- Data entry for HR databases or spreadsheets.
- Record keeping and maintaining employee records and files.
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees; preparation of new hire documents, setting up training, background and reference checks.
- Assist in other administrative functions updating spreadsheets, answering phone calls, booking meeting rooms and setting up Zoom/Teams meetings.
- Supporting with projects, special events or job fairs.
- Other tasks relating to HR projects.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in full time studies, Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams/Zoom).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
