In order to support the growth of the company, Digreen Homes Inc. is in the hiring process to expand its current team.

  • Point of contact for new construction homeowners
  • Assist homeowners with their questions, concerns, or service inquiries in accordance with company policies guidelines and The Ontario Building Code
  • Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI's) with homeowners and inspect Tarion Warranty Forms
  • Arrange and manage scheduling for PDI's and trades
  • Prepare and issue work orders, purchase orders and back charges as required
  • Manage trades and Service Technician/handymen to ensure all deadlines are accurately met
  • Work closely with Site Supervisors to ensure expectations are met for closing deadlines
  • Provide a high level of customer service to homeowners
  • 3+ years in a Construction Care Manager role
  • High level of communication and customer service skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
