Report to:
Head and Manager, Operations Department

Employment Type: 6-month contract/Full-time permanent

Location:
Scarborough Office

Loan Administration & Processing:

Book loan transactions accurately and timely in the banking system.
Ensure loan payment records are monitored and accurately reflected on reports.
Handle syndication loans/loan sold processes, including interest payments and term renewals.
Prepare loan confirmations, reports, and handle inquiries.
Manage loan fees, such as committee fees and administration fees, ensuring correct accrual or amortization.
Update loan manuals periodically.
Coordinate with IT department for mailing annual loan statements to customers.
Maintain proper filing of loan transactions and records for regulatory compliance.
Monitor daily returned PAD loan payments and take necessary followup actions.
Input and monitor OD administration fees for correct processing.
Ensure timely action on NOSTRO, Internal Accounts, and Adjustment Suspense items.

Others:

Perform system testing on Loan Module.
Undertake additional duties as directed by superiors.
Support and engage in system optimization projects.

Qualification:

Postsecondary education or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in loan operations or relevant field.
Proficient in Commercial & Retail loan products, Bank's Credit Manual/Handbook, accounting & general lending concepts, and all relevant guidelines and procedures.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and take initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
