Your opportunity:

Our Vancouver office is looking for a
Campus Recruitment Specialist to join our team and own the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver national campus recruiting initiatives and strategies within your assigned group
  • Manage full cycle student recruitment of entrylevel graduates, coops and interns
  • Develop, coordinate and attend campus recruitment events
  • Develop and leverage relationships with key academic partners inclusive of faculty, career office employees, and students
  • Collaborate with the Campus Team to develop, implement and manage National campus recruitment agenda
  • Develop and leverage relationships with Firm stakeholders, Group Leadership, HR Advisors and clients. Collaborate on the delivery of the campus program and be an active advisor
  • Elevate the Firm's image and brand through strategic use of social media and other marketing tools and actively engage in creating content
  • Monitor industry and market trends and implement strategies and new innovative ideas to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace
  • Travel will be required during peak periods

Your experience and education**- You enjoy working in a collaborative environment

  • You are comfortable planning and facilitating presentations
  • You are a strategic thinker with planning experience
  • You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
  • You have superior time management and ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities and interests
  • If you have previous recruitment or campus recruitment experience, it would be considered an asset
  • You have an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of two years' experience; or the equivalent combination of education and experience
