Customer Service Representative - Victoria, Canada - Pacific Rim Storage

Description

We are currently seeking a strong, and motivated full-time Customer Service Representative for a permanent position at our Saanichton location.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Customer Service Rep is involved in daily business operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Process payments and refunds accurately
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate and complete information when dealing with customers
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Go the extra mile to engage customers
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and managers as necessary

• Proven customer service experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of people
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft office programs
• Team player with the ability to work alone and be selfmotivated
