Description
We are currently seeking a strong, and motivated full-time Customer Service Representative for a permanent position at our Saanichton location.
5 days a week - one of which Saturday.Reporting to the Store Manager, the Customer Service Rep is involved in daily business operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Process payments and refunds accurately
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate and complete information when dealing with customers
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and managers as necessary
Requirements:
- Proven customer service experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of people
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft office programs
- Team player with the ability to work alone and be selfmotivated
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 45 per week
Salary:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour
