Job summary
We're hiring a Sales Manager to lead and scale our inbound sales organization.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-growth environments with imperfect systems — and knows how to bring structure, discipline, and execution excellence without killing momentum.
You'll lead appointment setters and closers, build scalable sales systems, coach reps to consistent performance,
and work directly with the founders and our Managing Director to turn vision into execution.
This is not a “maintain the machine” role.
