The Operations Manager leads with enthusiasm and delivers exceptional customer service. As a Manager, you'll work collaboratively to promote an awesome and a safe experience. In this role, you will wear many hats. You should be a great communicator and be results driven. You have the ability to build lasting client relationships and you can foster positive employee relationships. You oversee day-to-day operations of the facility and always seek ways to improve the daily operations of the Park. You are trustworthy, reliable and dependable.

All activities will be conducted under the direction of the General Manager and the Assistant General Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Complete Manager on Duty shifts: open and close the facility.
  • Prepare deposits and manage Point of Service (POS, waiver stations & tablets).
  • Review and submit various reports such end of shift and incidents.
  • Maintain XTP policies and procedures as well as IATP standards.
  • Perform all employee functions, as required: cashier, Cafe, court monitor, host & bookings.
  • Ensure park cleanliness and the proper use of equipment including maintenance and cleaning.
  • Undertake maintenance such as inspections and repairs.
  • Execute park programs such as Camps, Fitness Classes, Toddler Time, Xtreme Nights, etc.
  • Handle customer service issues with tact, discretion and professionalism.
  • Ensure that all staff are knowledgeable with XTP products, procedures, and services to date.
  • Advocate on prevention, client safety and overall guest satisfaction.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide First Aid, if required.

Qualifications

  • Previous management/supervisory experience.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays is essential.
  • Ability to follow guidelines and policies in order to reinforce rules and regulations.
  • Ability to handle money and perform semicomplex financial calculations (e

g:
percent change).

  • Ability to work under pressure while motivating and engaging staff.
  • Understanding of the Trampoline Industry, to promote the culture and vision of our brand.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Uptodate First Aid, CPR C and AED certification or willingness to acquire.
  • Previous scheduling experience is an asset.
  • Previous marketing experience is an asset.
