Lead Hand - Finishing


As a Finishing Lead Hand, you will be responsible for ensuring the output and quality of the decoral line team under direction of the Supervisor in a safe and efficient manner.

Ensuring that the data entered onto the computer is accurate and complete, as well as maintaining our high internal quality standards.

You will use your attention to detail and skills to train others on paint and decoral related processes and identifying quality issues throughout the production line in a timely manner.

What You Will Do:


  • Ensure daily maintenance tasks are completed as required.
  • Ensure that scheduled or breakdown maintenance tasks are brought to the attention of the Supervisor or Manager.
  • Work on the line as required to achieve production targets.
  • Complete work order documentation as required.
  • Process NCRs and remove scrap.

Qualifications:


  • Must-Have:_
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Detailoriented.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
  • Machine experience.
  • Nice to Have:_
  • Powder Coating Experience
  • 5S, Theory of Constraints, Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
  • Forklift experience.

Salary Range:
$24 - $27 per hour
