JOB PURPOSE:

Join the Digital Growth team at McCain to deliver digital transformation across McCain's Sales execution processes.


You will be obsessed with digital and data to intelligently target, grow and retain customers and be committed to delivering ROI from sales spend.

With an ambition to extend the usage of Salesforce across all our sales channels, experience in Retail sales execution would be very beneficial.


With connected marketing, trade and pricing execution you will leverage technology, in particular McCain's strategic platforms - Salesforce & SAP, to deliver sales excellence across internal, external and third-party sales teams enabled by simplified backend processes.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


_ Core_
Reporting to the Director, Digital Growth you will

  • Create a 23 year vision & roadmap to digitally transform Sales processes across the McCain global organisation.
  • Continue the vision of making Salesforce the single source of truth for customer information and orchestrator of digital business processes for Sales teams
  • Look to replace any existing CRM solutions with global best practice and platforms.
  • Partner with commercial stakeholders and customers to execute the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization of initiatives
  • Work closely with the Global Product Owner for Digital Marketing, Trade and Pricing and McCain's Commercial leaders to maximise growth to McCain's customers through intelligent lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.
  • Continually improve customer data quality & enrichment to enable prioritization of sales and service initiatives
  • Digitize to simplify commercial processes and embed dataled decision making and insights to enable continual improvement.

Technology Delivery_**- Develops, owns, and executes product roadmap.

  • Translates product roadmap features into welldefined product requirements
  • Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
  • Participates in the development process with the development team and external partners to deliver product changes.
  • Prioritizes and maintains the backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
  • Partners with product stakeholders to define the user experience
  • Identifies change management impacts to enduser community and collaborates with respective stakeholders to manage/mitigate
  • Ensures data & Insights are available to create actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer.
  • Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance postlaunch to evaluate future investment.
  • Understands Product roadmap risks, issues, and blockers actively assists with issue resolution

Elevation_**- Inspire, educate, and support product stakeholders in the regional markets to embrace and lead initiatives that will elevate their team's Sales performance and expand the technical capabilities of all product users.

Guardianship_**- Act as the "guardian of the global process & solutions" to ensure that McCain maintains global standardization unless deviation is required for specific market conditions, and this is agreed by the appropriate business sponsors

  • Act as the guardian of the user experience to facilitate product adoption, onboarding and process efficiency

Engagement_**- Establish and execute a strong engagement plan with Global, Regional commercial and technical and product stakeholders

Capability_**- Coordinate with business stakeholders and vendors to ensure products are embedded with an appropriate network of support for user onboarding and capability.


  • Support the development of training programs & material, to sustain product capability.

Innovation_**- Proactively Explore industry trends and advancements in technology to identify new and leading solutions that will significantly impact the achievement of the business objectives and move McCain ahead of the competition.
