- Plan and organize daily tasks and schedules for base crew personnel to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and requirements.
- Lead and motivate base crew personnel, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to crew members, ensuring work is distributed evenly and completed according to specifications.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to crew members to foster professional growth and development.
- Ensure all work performed by the base crew meets quality standards and complies with project specifications, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct inspections and quality control checks on base construction activities, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Manage and maintain construction equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and properly utilized by crew members.
- Coordinate equipment logistics, including rentals, deliveries, and maintenance schedules, to support efficient project operations.
- Promote a culture of safety among base crew personnel, emphasizing the importance of adhering to safety protocols and practices at all times.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards on job sites.
- Take proactive measures to address safety concerns and incidents, ensuring the well-being of crew members and compliance with safety regulations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry, preferably with experience in base construction operations.
- Proven track record of effectively leading and managing construction crews to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and blueprints.
- Sound decision-making abilities, with the capacity to resolve conflicts and make critical decisions under pressure.

- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor as needed in various weather conditions.
