- Prepare detailed job descriptions and onboarding materials for both new and existing staff members.
- Provide comprehensive onboarding training and support to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into their roles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across all departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with other teams to support organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and produce reports on Staffing & Development metrics and trends, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job promotion, salary briefing, and benefit explanation, ensuring a consistent and effective approach to talent acquisition.
- Support Staffing & Development-related initiatives such as telemarketing, staffing coordination, and talent acquisition as needed.
