Description

Reporting to the Financial Analyst, responsibilities for this position include the following:

  • Demonstrate day-to-day behaviours and actions that align with and strengthen our Co-operative's vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
  • To assist Team Leaders and members with fuel inquiries and discrepancies
  • To review customer petroleum invoices and fuel drivers' paperwork
  • To complete weekly and periodic reconciliations of petroleum general ledger accounts
  • To collect Federal Fuel Charge information and Saskatchewan Farm permits
  • To process and key litre and margin reports
  • To key weekly fuel pricing for all locations
  • To assist with cardlock card functions
  • Other duties as assigned

Who you are:

  • You have a grade 12 or equivalent experience; office administration and CRS experience are considered assets

  • You are well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision
  • You have the ability to communicate articulately & efficiently
  • You have the ability to prioritize and manage expectation, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • You are proactive and forward thinking and have excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • You must be able to build and maintain relationships and have the ability to work as part of a team
