Job Description:


  • Possess specialist knowledge of any of the following Business Application(Maximo, Recy and Odoo). Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Provide technical support to teams within the organisation
  • Test/ Assist with systems integrations
  • Identify and resolve technical issues
  • Prepare training documents for cases not already covered in our Knowledge Base
  • Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of problem or issue.
  • Record, track, and document the problemsolving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution.
  • Test fixes and perform postresolution followups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.

Qualifications:


  • College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information systems.
  • Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
  • Broad knowledge of programming languages and techniques, including [ ].
  • Able to develop and interpret technical documentation for training and end user procedures.
  • Experience with building and maintaining databases for query and problem tracking.
  • Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
