Job Title:
Automotive Customer Service Representative


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of service

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous Automotive customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed

Salary:
$19.00-$25.00 per hour
