Job Title:
Automotive Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of service
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous Automotive customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
Salary:
$19.00-$25.00 per hour

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)

- Automotive repair: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Day Shift (preferred)
