The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager, Content Marketing, the Content Marketing Specialist supports the Content Marketing team with the creation and distribution of marketing content across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, increase engagement, and promote Fidelity's brand, products and services to both advisors and investors.
You will help implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns which promote Fidelity's products (Mutual Funds and Exchange-Traded Funds) and drive sales.
This requires you to work collaboratively with multiple business units to create sought-after content that adds value for financial advisors and investors.
In this role, you will:
- Own the coordination and development of marketing content creation writing, editing, and adapting content for use across multiple channels while obtaining appropriate approvals as required.
- Maintain a regular cycle of updates for collateral, including expiration, retirement and redesign as needed
- Support team with reporting to help inform marketing planning, strategies and campaigns
- Introduce new ideas and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies
- Work collaboratively with internal business partners and other key stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
- Over 2 years' experience gained in a marketing, public relations or communications role within an agency or an investmentoriented business
- Excellent writing and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working on and optimizing web pages for engagement and conversion
- Postsecondary education, preferably with a focus on marketing or communications
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of digital marketing, communications and a passion for the latest marketing trends
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
