Jr. Treasury Analyst - Montréal, Canada - ALSTOM

Req ID:410910Purpose of the Job:
- Ensure that the relevant Treasury Corporate Instructions are applied in the Country.
- Ensure and manage the liquidity and funding of the Country
- Manage the risk of the Country in terms notably of foreign currency risk and interests
- Manage the bank relationship of the Country for daily business
- Support Business
- Provide support for issuance of Bonds and Guarantees and manage local the relationship with banks
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Support on all regional treasurer in all treasury routines
- Support on Banking matters and relationship, including perform all paperwork.
- Interact with Share service center on payment matters.
- Support on Bonds and guarantees activities, including paperwork, update database, interact with project team, broker and central team
- Support on Forex matters, including reconciliation, analysis, update ERP
- Support on Forecast short and long term, design spreadsheets and analysis
Required profile:
- Accounting / Finance/ Administration Degree
- Masters Degree (preferred)
- English is mandatory.
- Treasury Operations and External exposure (desirable)
- Cash Management (desirable)
- Foreign Currency risk coverage Management/Hedge (desirable)
- SAP or Equivalent ERP Experience (desirable)
- Take initiative, be proactive and solution oriented.
- Autonomous
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong (oral and written) communication skills with ability to animate a remote and multicultural network (France and US)
