About the Role
PayGfast Fintech Pvt Ltd
is seeking a
Senior Crypto Payments Liquidity & Treasury Manager
to oversee digital asset liquidity, optimize crypto payment flows, and manage treasury-level capital allocation across wallets and exchanges.
This is a senior-level role responsible for ensuring operational stability, capital efficiency, and secure asset movement within a fast-paced crypto payments infrastructure.
We are looking for a professional who understands wallet architecture, exchange liquidity, blockchain settlement mechanics, and treasury risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage crypto liquidity across exchanges and on-chain wallets
- Oversee large-volume crypto payment flows and settlements
- Optimize capital allocation to ensure uninterrupted payment processing
- Monitor balances, exposure, and network transaction costs
- Coordinate transfers between hot, cold, and custodial wallets
- Implement treasury risk controls and liquidity buffers
- Reconcile balances across platforms and ensure operational accuracy
- Collaborate with trading and compliance teams
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with cryptocurrency wallets and exchanges
- Experience managing digital asset liquidity or treasury operations
- Deep understanding of blockchain confirmations, gas fees, and settlement timing
- Ability to manage capital in high-volume transaction environments
- Strong analytical and risk management skills
- Experience in crypto payments, fintech, or digital asset infrastructure
Experience in institutional treasury, exchange operations, or payment gateway infrastructure is highly preferred.
