Receptionist / Accounts Payable
Garcea Group of Companies is looking for a Full-time receptionist and accounts payable clerk. Previous office experience an asset, but will train.

Must be presentable, detail-oriented, organized and possess excellent communication, computer and client service skills.

Responsibilities include answering phones, data entry, filing, sending and receiving mail and other general administrative duties. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft office including Word, Excel and Outlook is an asset.

Must have own transportation

Past experience is not mandatory, willing to train


Salary:
$22,000.00-$60,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
