There is an opportunity to join our team as a Site Superintendent.

The position is full-time/permanent.

The Site Superintendent will be responsible for direct leadership and management of construction sites and site personnel, including the daily coordination and supervision of resources and materials.

Complete project requirements as per plans and specifications on time and on budget, in cooperation with the Project Management team.

You will be responsible for the implementation and overall enforcement of health and safety programs on site.


Qualifications:

years of construction experience as a Superintendent.

• Experience working on commercial/institutional renovations
• Construction related degree or diploma is an asset
• A combination of work experience and/or technical training in an industryrelated trade certification/education program is an asset
• Ability/willingness to travel around or outside of the GTA to our various construction project sites.
• Solid understanding of current construction practices; strong working knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, and project management
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with multiple project stakeholders, interpret stakeholders' needs and identify solutions
• Ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiar with scheduling software
• Must have and maintain a valid provincial driver's license

Salary:
$75,000.00-$96,000.00 per year
