What will your workweek consist of?

  • Coordinate and moderate virtual corporate presentations in a hightech studio. Management of
the public company will be presenting their story and you will be moderating the event live.
(Introducing the presenter, moderating during the event and Q&A session)

  • Dissemination of our client's news releases to our database.
  • Preparation and dissemination of evites and reminders of corporate presentations.
  • Manage, edit and upload website content.
  • Manage, populate, curate and monitor content for social media accounts such as LinkedIn,
Twitter, Facebook, etc.

  • Database management; searching and entering data.
  • Media monitoring (News papers, magazines, business publications, various search engines such
as Meltwater)

  • Create and update various reports, lists, and documents.
  • Call and develop new media contacts such as journalists, and financial reporters.
  • Coordinate interviews, conference calls and webcasts for our clients.
  • Advising a portfolio of media clients.

  • You have a sharp eye for detail and knowhow to qualitycheck content for tone, call to action,
grammar, and typos.

  • Interest in the financial sector and thirst for knowledge; finding ways & angles to fit our clients
into ongoing news narratives.

Requirements for the position

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as marketing, communications, media studies, marketing,
public relations or journalism. Studies in finance and/ or economics could also be aligned with
our expectations.

  • Minimum 1 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bilingual
  • English (100%), French (an asset)
  • No criminal record

This is a 6-month contract; however, we are looking to offer you a permanent position if this is the right
fit for both parties.
Once you become permanent, you are eligible to all benefits including remunerated time off, vacation
