  • Previous experience as a receptionist for a property management company preferred
  • Knowledge of real estate, property management an asset
  • Familiarity with computerized systems for scheduling, document assembly, minute taking
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
