YOUR ROLE

  • Welcome and register guests
  • Verify and detail the day's arrivals, follow up with reservation confirmations, follow up with different reservations booking channels
  • Keep track of arrivals, departures, inhouse, daily activities and follow up accordingly
  • All other related guest service responsibilities
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and maintain supplies needed

YOUR PROFILE

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management an asset
  • Bilingualism an asset


  • Good computer knowledge

  • Knowledge of PMS Opera an asset
  • Excellent customer service: Approachable, pleasant, courteous, empathetic, fast acting
  • Able and enjoys working in a team environment as well as independently
  • Able to organize, prioritize and, multitask
  • Stand for several hours in a row
