Administrative Assistant/ Patient Care Coordinator (Chiropractic Clinic)

Permanent

Part-time (AM or PM shifts) OR Full-time weekdays.

Most Fridays and every Weekend off.

Monday: 630a-12p, 3:00p - 8:30p

Tuesday: 2:00p - 8:00p

Wednesday: 6:30 - 2:00p

Thursday: 630a-12p, 3:00p - 8:00p

Friday: 2-3 hours (As necessary if extra work, Flexible timing)

Start date:
as soon as possible.


As a patient care coordinator, you work on the frontlines/front desk of our clinic and are in the enviable position of interacting with our patients on a daily basis.

You are outgoing, intelligent, have a great attitude and are a team player.

You embody our health values and are passionate about communicating your knowledge of chiropractic and natural health to our community as well as enrolling them in our vision of increasing the level of health and personal success in the world.

Our goal is to provide patients with the ability to make educated choices and decisions about their health.


Although receptionist duties are an integral function of this position, this exciting career involves much more than most front desk jobs.

It is a way to be part of a team and inspire yourself and others to take an active role in their health and their lives.


Training:
Customized clinic software and procedural training provided.


Compensation:
Wage depending on experience $17-$23/hr. Complimentary Chiropractic care (worth ~$7500/yr) and product discounts.
