- Monitor and control dispatch and movement of our hired haulers
- Responsible for the efficient distribution of aggregates product to ensure maximum efficiencies and customer service
- Prioritize customers to provide superior service
- Receive customer orders and schedule deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction and transportation efficiencies
- Schedule trucks as required to meet customer orders while maintaining an efficient operation
- Post-Secondary education preferred: certification, diploma or degree
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated customer service experience
- Aggregates, Ready mix and/or construction building materials sector experience would be beneficial
- Knowledge of the Saskatoon & surrounding areas
- Advanced communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong computer skills
