Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to determine the underlying causes of challenging behaviors
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on the results of assessments
- Develop new behavioural programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed.
- Collaborate with community
- Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings authorization etc.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians in implementing behavior intervention plans
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make datadriven decisions
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in implementing behavior support strategies
- Stay uptodate with the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis
Qualifications:
- Master Degree in Behaviour Analysis
- Board Certification as a BCBA in good standing
- Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board
- Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to Provincial legislation (e.g., PHIPPA, Services and Supports etc.).
- Knowledge of instructional procedures and training curriculums (e.g., DTT, AIM, PEAK, EFL, AFLS, VB-MAPP etc.)
- 3 + years' experience working with neurodiverse youth/adults
- Valid driver's license and a reliable form of insured transportation
- Must possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, problemsolving and time management skills
- Aptitude to engage in higher
- Excellent and efficient communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, with fluency in a foreign language a plus
- Experience managing a team of clinical staff and mentoring supervisorylevel clinicians is a plus.

$75.00-$100.00 per hour
