Description

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to determine the underlying causes of challenging behaviors
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on the results of assessments
  • Develop new behavioural programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed.
  • Collaborate with community
- based treatment teams to review case progress and provide collaboration services.

  • Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings authorization etc.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians in implementing behavior intervention plans
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make datadriven decisions
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in implementing behavior support strategies
  • Stay uptodate with the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis

Qualifications:


  • Master Degree in Behaviour Analysis
  • Board Certification as a BCBA in good standing
  • Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board
  • Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to Provincial legislation (e.g., PHIPPA, Services and Supports etc.).
  • Knowledge of instructional procedures and training curriculums (e.g., DTT, AIM, PEAK, EFL, AFLS, VB-MAPP etc.)
  • 3 + years' experience working with neurodiverse youth/adults
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable form of insured transportation
  • Must possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, problemsolving and time management skills
  • Aptitude to engage in higher
- level management functions when required

  • Excellent and efficient communication skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, with fluency in a foreign language a plus
  • Experience managing a team of clinical staff and mentoring supervisorylevel clinicians is a plus.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 5-10 per week


Salary:
$75.00-$100.00 per hour
