You will be responsible for:

Develop and revise highquality courseware material, following departmental procedures and initiatives, in compliance with the technical specifications of the contract(s), promptly according to the training schedule(s).
Successfully deliver training to customers in compliance with the technical specifications of the contract(s), promptly according to the training schedule(s).
Supervise and evaluate training given by the suppliers.
Prioritize client satisfaction, demonstrating flexibility and proper judgment in the circumstances involving stakeholders.

What you need to succeed:

Overall 5 to 7 years of experience as a Technical Trainer/Instructor in a relevant/similar industry.
Qualification as a technician in mechanical and/or electrical engineering or equivalent. College Diploma or Degree preferred.
Strong communication skills in English, including the ability to actively listen and address key questions raised during the training sessions. The ability to communicate in French is considered an asset.
Experience using MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Outlook.
Available to travel domestically as well as internationally (mainly around North America) you must have a valid passport.
Flexible to adapt and operate around customer schedules.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
