You will be responsible for:


  • Develop and revise highquality courseware material, following departmental procedures and initiatives, in compliance with the technical specifications of the contract(s), promptly according to the training schedule(s).
  • Successfully deliver training to customers in compliance with the technical specifications of the contract(s), promptly according to the training schedule(s).
  • Supervise and evaluate training given by the suppliers.
  • Prioritize client satisfaction, demonstrating flexibility and proper judgment in the circumstances involving stakeholders.

What you need to succeed:


  • Overall 5 to 7 years of experience as a Technical Trainer/Instructor in a relevant/similar industry.
  • Qualification as a technician in mechanical and/or electrical engineering or equivalent. College Diploma or Degree preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English, including the ability to actively listen and address key questions raised during the training sessions. The ability to communicate in French is considered an asset.
  • Experience using MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Outlook.
  • Available to travel domestically as well as internationally (mainly around North America) you must have a valid passport.
  • Flexible to adapt and operate around customer schedules.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
