Description
We are seeking a (Jr.) Customer support and Implementation Specialist to join our teamNew hires will be enrolled into two sales skill courses given by prominent online sales training masters. These courses cost over $20K combined.
Responsibilities:
Work with clients to understand their business needs and goals. Develop and maintain relationships with clients. Provide technical support and training to customers and their support staff. Collaborate with sales team to identify new opportunities. Manage implementation projects from start to finish.
Desired Skillset:
Must be proficient in Quickbooks online and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive approach to training and eagerness to learn.

This position is based in our Edmonton office. However, it may require occasional travel for client meetings or conferences.
Salary:
From $3,500.00 per month
