About You

• You are a stickler for attention to detail. You are precise in what you do.
• You understand and relate to our core values.
• Any knowledge of printing processes such as screen printing, digital printing and embroidery will be a bonus
• You are able to put in place repeatable and documented processes which can be tracked easily.
• You have exceptional problem solving capabilities.
• You should be comfortable using technology and receptive to introduction of new technologies
• You have experience in implementing ERP systems.
• You have the ability to work with and motivate people at all levels.

Your Role

• To head up and manage a team of 11 people to ensure smooth operations of the company.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the company
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve productivity
• Manage and optimize resources, including budget, staffing, and equipment
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards - Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among employees - Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team
• Put in place documented and trackable processes for areas such as Screen Printing/Embroidery/DTF/DTG/Picking/Packing/Quality Control
• To be able to manage people to motivate them and get the best results.
• To document and save costs through created efficiencies.
• To be an idea generator within the company

Your typical week will be 70% following a plan and 30% responding to current conditionswhatever they may be.
