Cocktails & Canapes is looking for a full time Event Coordinator to join our growing operation.

We have a young and passionate team and are looking for that perfect person to come help us bring our events to life and have some fun while doing it.

The role of the Event Coordinator includes but is not limited to the following:

Building, training and scheduling a team of event staff
Create a positive fun atmosphere for all staff at our facility and on site at events
Plan, organize and pack for events
Manage events on site from start to finish
Develop and manage relationships with clients, planners and all other people involved in the execution of the event
Admin Time: organizing equipment and rentals, scheduling, invoicing, planning, decor, signage, etc

This role requires the following:

Hospitality and management experience in Restaurants or Catering is a must
Passionate, reliable and committed
Selfmotivated and organized
Excellent communication and problem solving skills no two events are the same
Smile Have Fun Exude hospitality
Serving It Right
Valid Driver's License

with many projects on the go We specialize in creating distinct culinary experiences using fresh local ingredients for the simple reason that fresh tastes better.

We may put the food first, but at the heart of it, we're people-driven and looking to bring energetic, fun and passionate people onto our team.

We have a jam-packed season ahead of ussmall intimate weddings, large-scale 250 person celebrations and corporate events. Come help us bring these amazing events to life and have some fun while we do it

Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
