- Lead the delivery of agile services within client journeys.

- Over 3 years of experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
- Post-secondary education.
- CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team-building.
- Practical experience as a ScrumMaster: facilitating scrums, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, sprint reviews, etc.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing demands.
- Quick understanding of general technical concepts.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
- Creative problem-solving approach with the ability to focus on details while keeping the big picture in mind.
