Who We are Looking For

Warehouse Manager - Langley

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the warehouse team in achieving performance targets for shipping, receiving, inventory and customer satisfaction.
Lead and supervisor the daily shipping and receiving operations at the Langley facility including material handling in the yard using lift truck equipment.
Schedule staff and equipment for all incoming and outgoing deliveries
Manage container arrivals for inventory ensuring all items are accurately accounted for.
Assist with forklift loading and unloading of shipments as needed.
Ensure the process to pick orders, prepare, and stage merchandise for customer pick up is running smoothly and seamlessly, providing hands on support.
Ensure inventory is accurately recorded at both stages of receiving and shipping.
Complete detailed inventory counts and assist in the restocking of the warehouse.
Support the warehouse team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility.
Assist in the opening and closing of the yard and premises daily.
Lead and support the team with Amazon, eBay shipping and receiving.
Manage backorders, communicating with purchasing for product requirements and with sales staff for order status.
Provide leadership and support to warehouse administration for the completion of documentation for shipping and receiving.
Ensure proper storage and control of inventory. This includes safeguards such as security, control of inventory counts, intercompany product transfers and inspections of facilities.
Adhere to WaterTec's safety procedures.

What You Offer

Previous warehouse management experience
Knowledge of cross border shipping
Experience operating a forklift and lift truck equipment.
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with oversees shipping and receiving.
Experience with D365 an asset.
Reliable transportation to and from work as this branch location is not on a transit route.

Pay:
$65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
