Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and computerized
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with clients and vendors
- Provide general customer service support
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
