Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with checkin and checkout procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient arrival and departure process.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Process reservations and payments accurately.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Uphold our high standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
Preferred: Assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed.

Preferred: Possess a valid driver's license for shuttle service and errands.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- A friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred: Maintenance skills and experience.
