- Together with the Senior Agro Centre Manager, you will assist in the annual budget process.
- You will collaborate with the Petroleum Manager and Agro Centre Sales Representative to elevate sales and the overall customer experience.
- Provide leadership, including the recruitment, onboarding, goal setting, performance management, training, and development of the Agro team members.
- Responsible for the purchase, pricing, scheduling, and dispatching of incoming fertilizer.
- You will actively make marketing efforts, adhere to advertising standards, and contribute input to the retail's marketing plans.
- You will aid in the development of the tactical and strategic plan by researching and providing recommendations to senior management on trends and required strategies.
- Grade 12 Diploma
- CCA or P. Ag preferred.
- 6+ years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years of experience leading support services technical and/or professional employees.
- Retail experience is considered an asset.
- Experience in overseeing and monitoring customer satisfaction levels.
- Experience in coaching and providing feedback to other team members.
- Ability to control operational costs, maximize operational efficiency through increased sales and margins.
