Description
Conduct Monthly client Meetings- Maintain accurate client contracts
- Inside Sale
- Create and review services and hardware quotes with clients.
- Work with Distributors to purchase hardware and software for clients
- Work with System Architects Technical Delivery team to ensure client work is begin actioned
- Review new client hires and validate they are set up correctly with SA support services
- Review all client employee offboarding's and validate they have been removed from contracts and licensing.
- Follow up with client to get signoff on quotes
- Answer questions from the technical team regarding client accounts.
- Answer questions from Accounting team regarding billing.
Salary:
$45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
