Reporting to the Director VQA (Ontario & National) and Luxury, the Brand Manager role is a key position within the Arterra marketing team.

The position is responsible for leading the Saintly and Vintage Ink brands, 2 exciting and growing premium VQA wine brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • A visionary, brand strategist and coms expert who brings the brand to life across all consumer touchpoints
  • Develops and executes all aspects of brand management for portfolio : including strategy, positioning, pricing, advertising / media, digital & social, portfolio architecture, consumer journey & experience, promotions, and P&L management
  • Partners with key agencies and internal stakeholders (studio, digital) to develop impactful, consumer campaigns and activations
  • Inspires and manages strong agency relationships with an impressive roster of partners in creative, design, media and PR.
  • Works closely with their cross functional peers to ensure seamless integration and execution of consumerled strategies (Digital, Insights, Sales, Customer Marketing, Finance, Operations)
  • Monitor and track performance and adjust plans accordingly to ensure delivery of business commitments.

What you bring:

  • Passion for the Consumer, an insight driven marketer.
  • 35 years marketing and/or comparable experience with a digital first retailer, direct to consumer experience, recognized Tier 1 consumer packaged goods company, or similar caliber
  • In depth experience developing original creative specifically for social and digital channels, as well as tracking and optimizing creative (full funnel) for these channels
  • Similarly at ease with small scrappy budget or larger multichannel programs
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Relevant Beverage Alcohol experience is an asset
  • Experience in leading diverse, cross functional teams
  • Experience with full P&L management
  • Strong commercial business & financial acumen
  • Resilient and persistent, comfortable with ambiguity and managing through adversity
  • Strategic and analytical with the ability to draw actionable conclusions from multiple data sources.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
