    Job title: Credit Manager

    Description

    We are looking for a professional to play a key role in maintaining credit standards while supporting lending teams across the country. As a Credit Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing and adjudicating agriculture and commercial loan applications and making recommendations based on our strategy, risk appetite, credit risk management best practices and policies.

    • Review, analyze and adjudicate agriculture loan applications
    • Assess corporate risk policy
    • Collaborate with lenders to assess risks

    About You

    You should have a Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration. Additionally, you should have at least one year of experience related to agricultural finance or sales . Your strong analytical skills will help you make informed decisions that benefit both your team members as well as customers who need assistance regarding their loans.
    The successful candidate would also possess excellent communication skills so they can work effectively within different channels including sales groups; provide coaching guidance during meeting sessions which might include video calls depending upon individual circumstances , build confidence among people working remotely too especially those having diverse backgrounds since it creates an inclusive environment making everyone feel comfortable sharing ideas freely without hesitation because open dialogue promotes better collaboration amongst colleagues thereby achieving company objectives efficiently when teamwork prevails!
