Assistant Sales Manager to join the team at
Frost GMC in Brampton.

Responsibilities:

Actively sell/lease new and preowned vehicles.
Assist the Sales Managers in leading and motivating the sales team to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout the

sales process.

Uphold effective processes and procedures to improve sales and profitability.
Train, mentor, and coach sales team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge, as directed by Sales Manager.
Ensure all department staff are licensed and trained prior to communicating with customers.
Assist in closing all new and preowned vehicle sales with Sales & Leasing Consultants.
Ensure that Sales & Leasing Consultants followup by telephone with customers seen, within 24hours of the initial visit to the Dealership.
Work closely with the inventory team to ensure a wellmaintained and appealing showroom, managing inventory levels efficiently.
Meet all predetermined sales targets and forecast.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team
Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
Proactive problemsolving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
Solid understanding of automotive products, industry trends, and the GM brand is a plus.
Valid Driver's License for Ontario
Valid OMVIC License
Experience with OneEighty, vAuto, and AutoAlert an asset
