+ Qualifications: Excellent public relations skills Must excel in customer service Proven organizational skills and an attention to detail Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work well in a team environment Be neat and professional in appearance Approach responsibilities in an organized energetic manner Provides guest service to external contacts guests who are golfing at Lora Bay as well as internal contacts coordinating activities of golf shop attendants.
+ Responsibilities: Keep track of all players actual starting times and monitor pace of play according to appropriate timelines utilizing Tag Marshal Assist golfers in maintaining the pace of play Continuously communicate with Pro Shop and Outside Service working together as a team Assist golf operations team when required at bag drop area During periods inclement weather assist golfers off the course Inform golfers any rules day cart path pace play pin locations etc. ensure they follow rules game etiquette Provide excellent service all guests assist them questions concerns Assist implementation member public events Whenever possible keep course free garbage debris Always maintain high profile so golfer aware your presence Report all gaming facility related problems Head Golf Professional Adhere Lora Bay policies procedures All other duties assigned
