We are seeking energetic individuals to join our waitstaff.

Duties:

Warmly welcome guests upon entrance to restaurant
Guide guests through menu items, and provide information, selections, and suggestions for a complete food and beverage guest experience
Highlight restaurant specials and promotional items that provide a full representation of the offerings available for breakfast and lunch
Collaborate and coordinate with other restaurant servers and cooks
Clean and clear restaurant tables quickly and thoroughly
Address complaints or guest issues positively and efficiently
Respond quickly and effectively to guest needs including providing refills and quickly processing payments

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 Year serving experience
Fluent English
Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese are assets
Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
Handson experience in cashier duties (processing credit cards and making change)
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent oral communication skills
Willingness to learn about products and procedures
Attentive to cleanliness and safety
Able to follow specific instructions and adapt to new service standards
Able to collaborate with all staff
Able to work well with others under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
